Throughout the year, community-based field trips are scheduled. On these excursions, participants are utilizing basic transitional skills, how to use public transportation, money management, and social interactions. A 4:1 ratio is maintained in order to accommodate students who need more support, as the ability levels of needs vary greatly among ABLED participants.
